Microsoft: As long as it doesn't fix bugs in its software, it's losing ground..

We all know that Windows 10 version 1809 was not a successful upgrade. What some of us may not know is that the company could have avoided this particular fiasco and not caused the much-discussed inconvenience to users. It is natural to wonder how this could have happened. First of all, let's be honest, if the giant had done "its job properly" we wouldn't even be discussing it now. But because something went wrong during the implementation of the update, we found ourselves with an upgrade on our hands that did us nothing but good. And again, there was a second chance for Microsoft to fix it but it threw it in the trash.

So what was this second chance?

Let's start from the beginning. Before the official release of the update, there is a preview release in the Windows Insider program. During this preview, users participating in the program have the opportunity to report any problems/bugs they find. Guess what… And in the case of Windows 10 version 1809, users did point out the flaws but Microsoft decided to ignore them.

When the update was re-released in early November, Microsoft promised to pay more attention to the feedback it receives from users.

And yet, everything shows that the giant is still "not done" with addressing critical bugs in its software, judging by the Microsoft Launcher application that recently added support for Sticky Notes in the latest version. The application faces a problem with limiting icons as well as deleting data from devices.

According to a recent tweet (October) from a user, he has already reported the issue to Microsoft, who replied that a solution will be found soon. But time is passing and we don't have a solution. Should Microsoft take consumer opinions more seriously before it's too late?
