Microsoft 's Sticky Notes app will no longer be available just for your desktop , but you can also use it online. Essentially , the online version makes it much easier to access Sticky Notes and makes it easier for users to make changes from any device they connect to, as long as they use their Microsoft account.
Microsoft also recently announced that Sticky Notes offers a new feature, as it has been integrated into "OneNote", where users can edit their notes as long as they connect to the OneNote from iOS, Android and Windows.
What new does the online version offer you?
First, let's explain that the web version of Sticky Notes is exactly the same as the desktop application running Windows 10.You can change the color of your notes by going to the menu at the top and right and automatically have access to changing colors. In addition, you can create new notes and edit old ones. The disadvantage is that there is no full menu nor a dark theme, like in the desktop application.
It should be noted that a month ago, it was possible to connect to Sticky Notes via multiple devices. At first, you could connect notes between computers running Windows 10, but now there is the option to connect to mobile devices via OneNote. Now, online connection will soon be possible from any device, whether you use a Chromebook or a Mac.
When will we see the new feature?
According to Microsoft, the web version will be available to everyone soon and in all countries, and everyone can already watch the online version on YouTube. However, it should be noted that something very legitimate is missing from Sticky Notes. Unfortunately, handwritten notes are not yet available, which means you can't use the touch or Surface pen to capture your notes.
