Rumors claim that Samsung 's new device will cost $895, while its upgraded version will cost $935.
Comparing the prices between the S8 and S9 in South Korea and taking into account the starting price of the S8 in the United States ($750), the S9 could be sold in America for $799. This means that the Samsung Galaxy S9 could cost as much as the iPhone 8 Plus in the United States, which for $799 comes with 64GB of storage while the 256GB version sells for $949.
Obviously, these are informal estimates of the Samsung Galaxy S9 prices, but given that it is expected to be the most expensive Galaxy ever released, there is a high chance that the rumors will turn out to be true.
Samsung is reportedly planning to unveil its new flagship on February 25th, with pre-orders set to begin in early March. The first units will ship on March 16th, and full details on its specifications and features will be revealed in late February.
