We still haven't fixed it and the first problem of the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus has emerged as some new owners complain about call quality and the presence of static noise during it.
The fact that every new generation of devices will present some minor issues is inevitable even when we talk about major phone manufacturers. Also, based on statistical data, the more popular a device is, the easier it is for its vulnerability to be discovered as hundreds of people use it.
Beyond the Samsung devices that caught fire, all other issues that arise can be fixed. The errors vary: from small problems that are resolved through system updates to devices that required replacement under warranty.
Even though modern smartphones offer increasingly more functions and applications that make our lives easier, let's not forget their basic function, which is making calls and sending messages.
The last problem we would ever expect from the new iPhone 8 is hearing static noise. Unfortunately, however, according to a report on MacRumors.com several users complain about poor audio quality during calls.
The problem is only noticeable when using the earpiece and not when listening through the headphones or speaker. This means that the defect could be a hardware issue, which will cost the company a lot. The noise occurs during Wi-Fi calls, Facetime , and almost all applications.
The last few days no other incidents have been reported, so the problem is probably not widespread. However, on the other hand, a user reported that even after replacing his faulty device with a new one, he encountered the same noise again.
Apple users can only hope that something can be fixed through updates.
