The BBC published a story that identified Craig Wright as the original creator of the Bitcoin digital currency, Satoshi Nakamoto.
However, the highly cautious crypto community does not seem to have been convinced by Wright's technical proofs that he has provided in the media and on his blog.

So Craig Wright promised to provide more evidence to convince that he is the one behind the pseudonym Satoshi Nakamoto.
Wright's spokesman told the BBC that he would "move a coin from an early block" of Bitcoins belonging to Nakamoto "in the coming days." However, the spokesman did not set a date.
You should know that the real Satoshi Nakamoto should have access to around 1 million Bitcoins (worth $400 million).
The Bitcoins in question have not been moved for seven years, since Bitcoin's history began. So if Wright can transfer a portion of those Bitcoins to a different address, he will prove his possession of the private keys to those Bitcoins and therefore his claim to be Satoshi Nakamoto.
Why do they call him a fraud?
Wright provided a cryptographic key as evidence to prove his claims. The key was accompanied by technical information to convince the cryptographic community that he was the one behind the Nakamoto pseudonym.
However, the community did not believe Wright's evidence, which ultimately showed no non-public information about Nakamoto.
Robert Graham, a well-known security researcher, published an interesting technique on his blog that mentions how one can create a proof like Wright's:
Thus, the publication “How Craig Wright's Deception Worked” demonstrates step by step how someone can create any key they want.
