Google has announced a new feature for Android games available through Google Play. The new feature will allow users to try out games for ten minutes before deciding whether to purchase.
With this feature, anyone interested will be able to search for a game and then, with a click on “try now,” they will be able to try it out via Google Play. They will be able to play for ten minutes, without having to download anything to their device.
The new feature will roll out to all Android devices in the coming weeks and was announced Monday at the Games Developer Conference in San Francisco, according to TechCrunch, which attended the event.
Google also announced at GDC a new API that will allow developers to include video recording and live streaming in any game. It is expected to be released in the coming months.
