Apple recently introduced a new data restore feature to its iCloud.com services that allows users to restore deleted files, calendar changes, and contacts. 
This new feature is hidden in the advanced settings of iCloud.com.
Apple displays some snapshots of recently deleted documents and gives the option to recover them and save them to iCloud Drive.
This means that for the first time there is a way to recover even data that was accidentally deleted because there is no recycle bin for deleted files on iCloud.com.
