In addition to the standard updates that we receive automatically through Windows Update, Microsoft has also released .ISOs for system administrators. On its page it states:

cdsThe DVD5 ISO image file contains Windows security updates that were released on Windows Update on July 9, 2013.

To start the download process, click the button Download and then do one of the following or select another language from the item Change language and then click the button Change.

      • Click the Runto start the installation immediately.
      • Click the Saveto copy the download to your computer and install it later.

      This DVD5 ISO image file contains Windows security updates that were released on Windows Update on July 9, 2013. It does not contain security updates for other Microsoft products. The DVD5 ISO image is intended for administrators who need to download multiple language versions of each security update but do not have an automated solution such as Windows Server Update Services (WSUS). You can use the ISO image to download multiple updates in all languages ​​at once.
