Here's how Hyperloop will change the way we travel!

Are you tired of waiting in lines for tickets, bad seats, etc.? Also, long-distance travel can be a taxing experience when the only option to reach your destination is air travel. Such trips not only involve commuting to the airport, long lines to get your luggage, security checks, but also the time it takes to board the plane. Hyperloop could change all of that.

The Hyperloop is a high‑speed transportation system that carries passengers in pods at speeds that reach over 700 miles per hour. The original idea of the Hyperloop was made public in August 2013 by the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, Elon Musk, so that others could pursue the development of the concept. Now, Hyperloop One, based in Los Angeles, does exactly that.

But Hyperloop One doesn't just want to build a system that is as fast as an airplane. The company wants to create an entirely new travel experience that is much less expensive and much more suitable.

There are four ways that Hyperloop will transform all aspects of transportation:

  1. Easily accessible and more efficient.

Speaking to Tech Insider, BamBrogan co‑founder and head of the technology team, said that Hyperloop wants to build stations in the middle of cities so they don’t disrupt the rest of traffic.

“Essentially, the Hyperloop will allow people to travel at the speed of an airplane. But we can make it downtown to downtown by building a tunnel, so that it’s actually functional,” said BamBrogan. This in turn will help get rid of expensive taxi rides to and from the airport. Additionally, there will never be delays due to weather or error , as the Hyperloop will operate in a controlled environment and will be completely autonomous.

  1. Say goodbye to ticket queues.

With the introduction of improved ticket lines, BamBrogan wants to free us from the hassle and ticket queues.

There will be autonomous ticket issuing systems and we will enjoy the ultimate elevator experience that will transport us seamlessly to our destination.» Part of the process could be carried out via smartphone. All tickets and luggage will be checked electronically, eliminating luggage tags and the printing of boarding cards.

  1. Comfortable seats.

Referring to the lounge, BamBrogan said that the company is working to create passenger seats that will not only be comfortable, but will also have ample space that will allow people to keep their luggage close to them at all times.

  1. Reasonable prices

The company is also trying to make the Hyperloop affordable, in addition to being fast and comfortable.

“Any form of Hyperloop transportation is going to be extremely affordable,” said BamBrogan. “The full value of Hyperloop doesn’t have to come at a very high price. So our goal is to make Hyperloop very affordable relative to other forms of transportation, so that it combines low cost, high speed, excellent safety and energy efficiency.”

While BamBrogan did not disclose the ticket pricing, Musk's original idea proposed $ 20 for a single‑journey ticket.
