The device is called The Pilot, and the company behind this amazing idea is Waverly Labs. Set to hit shelves in September, The Pilot will allow wearers to understand one of the various foreign languages it contains through real-time in-ear translation.

An easy-to-use app will allow you to switch languages, and the options are French, Spanish, Italian, and English. It will cost $129 and you can pre-order it here. Otherwise, you can just keep speaking really slowly and loudly in English. Good luck with that!
The device will include two earphones that easily fit in the ears.
The device is said to translate speech like the alien Babel fish did in The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy!
