Google, known for its innovative products, has come up with an innovative idea for recruiting candidates for the Google Artistic Lab. Instead of filling out a long, formal application, Google simply asks you to redesign its homepage, which has been around for so many years.
To redesign the Google search homepage, you don't need to be a computer geek. Instead, all you need is an artistic bent and a willingness to work in the best possible way to make the homepage more interactive for its users.
Creativelab5.com is the job application site where you can start working on the search engine giant's new homepage interface. Even if you accidentally close the browser tab , you can pick up where you left off in your work .
Creative Lab 5 has only two pages. On the first page, you can design the artistic environment and on the second page called “Form”, you can fill in your personal information such as your first name, last name, office choice, profession, contact number, previous work and something about yourself.
This isn't the first time Google has come up with a unique way to apply for a job. Previously, it had developed a special program called "foo.bar" that looked for people searching the Internet for certain technical terms. And then Google would interrupt the search results with a call to participate in a "challenge" that had previously been described as a "secret interview process."
Luckily, the Google Creative Lab 5 application makes it much easier to try out a little tweak to Google's search box and Search. So, why not give it a try and try your luck?
