If you're about to buy a new mouse, you're in luck, because Microsoft just announced a new version of the Arc Touch.
Already available through the Microsoft online store and other retailers, the Arc Touch Mouse with Bluetooth, the new version, comes with exactly the same features as the original model, but adds support for Bluetooth 4.0, a low energy technology to replace the old USB nano transceiver.
"It features the touch button in the center, so you can swipe, tap, and scroll on your screen with just one finger. It has BlueTrack technology for use on almost any surface. And you can -straighten- the mouse to turn it off," Microsoft in a statement.
The device can be yours for $69.95 (€54) and although it states that it requires Windows 9, 8.1, RT, or RT 8.1, it also works very well with Windows 7. The mouse runs on 2 AAA alkaline batteries.
