After being released on Nokia phones in various markets out there, the Lumia Cyan has been officially confirmed as available for users in Australia and New Zealand.
A few days ago, Vodafone Australia officially announced the availability of Lumia Cyan for Nokia Lumia 925 users on its network, and it seems that most devices in the country are receiving it.
According to a post on TechRadar, Microsoft confirmed that the update has begun rolling out to all Windows Phone 8 Lumia in Australia and New Zealand since the weekend.
The update will arrive on devices with all the features and improvements that Windows Phone 8.1 has to offer, while also offering a number of new features and improvements coming from Nokia itself.
Some of the improvements include better camera features, an improved camera roll, the ability to install apps to the microSD memory card, and surround sound for video recording (only on the Lumia 1520 and Lumia Icon for Verizon).
At the same time, the update comes with Action Center, Internet Explorer 11, Word Flow, Start Screen wallpapers, and Cortana, the virtual personal assistant (although it's only officially available in the US for now).
