Chrome 's error pages have been redesigned recently. The network error pages are new, and even the offline page has been revamped with a cute pixelated T-Rex warning you that you can't access the internet.
The last internal Chrome to be aware of is the SSL blocking page. This page appears whenever someone or something interferes with an encrypted HTTPS connection.
The page handles three types of errors: submission failures, HSTS errors, and certificate revocation.
The new pages show much more detail about the various errors, which makes it easier for users to know what is happening and makes the risks clearer.
Currently, the failure log, for example, only shows an error saying "Incorrect certificate for host", which is not detailed and informative.
