That day, the chairman of Google and one of the richest people in the world, Eric Schmidt, will be in Athens.
The CEO of the company for a decade (2001-2011), which became a giant thanks to its now famous internet search engine and now dominates the mobile device ecosystem with its operating system, the widely used Android, and current executive chairman, will speak at the finale of the four-day showcase of new start-ups that Google is organizing next week.
According to information, Eric Schmidt will also meet with Antonis Samaras at Maximou. Earlier the same day, at 11 am, the Prime Minister will welcome ZTE chairman Hou Weigui in Athens.
Their meeting will concern the planned investment by the Chinese telecommunications equipment company in a product transit center to Southern Europe and other Mediterranean countries via Piraeus.
