A few days after the first appearance of an all-new electric Mustang, Ford announced something different than we expected. At the annual Goodwood Festival of Speed, Ford unveiled the Mach-E Rally, an off-road version of its electric Mustang.

The Goodwood Festival of Speed is an annual event with a rich tradition, showcasing new vehicles and often setting records in recent years, especially with the entry of electric vehicles into the race. So far this year we have seen the IONIQ 5 N and Caterham 's 'Project V' electric vehicle , while we are waiting to see Ford's debut.
The American automaker recently announced an upcoming variant of the Mustang Mach-E that will be unveiled this week, along with a short video on social media that it posted. Ford Model E vice president Darren Palmer commented on the new addition to the Mustang family.

After unveiling new Ford vehicles like the custom E-Transit and the Mach-E 1400 race car, we figured there was a Ford Performance version of the Mach-E that was aiming to break some records. Ford has unveiled a new variant of its electric Mustang, the Mach-E Rally, that can be driven on both the track and the dirt track.
Ahead of its public debut in the UK today, Ford has released photos and video of the Mustang Mach-E Rally, which will take a spin up the famous Goodwood hill driven by World Rally Champion Ott Tänak. Ford Model E vice president Darren Palmer spoke once again now that the rally-inspired Mustang has been revealed.

Ford has announced that the Mustang Mach-E rally car is a production model that will be available to customers in the U.S. and Europe. Pre-orders are expected to begin in the U.S. this fall. Ford has not yet announced specifications for the car , but is expected to announce them in the coming months, shortly before the ordering period opens.
