Eavesdropping case: Will the prosecution request information about the Predator spyware from Amazon?

There is no longer any excuse in the judiciary for not fully investigating the wiretapping case. A revealing investigation by Documento on Sunday brought to light all the technical elements related to the digital traces and online paths of the Predator , which the prosecution authorities expressed their inability to locate.
In total, hundreds of servers,"digital addresses" (IP) and website name registrars are at the disposal of the authorities, while Documento will officially submit to the prosecutor's office tomorrow all the information resulting from its technical investigation.

The investigation shows that the "sinful" link of edolio5., which is responsible for trapping the mobile phones of journalist Thanasis Koukakis and businessman Theodoros Karypidis, as well as attempting to trap the then candidate, current leader of KINAL, Nikos Androulakis, has as its current "digital address" (IP) "103.224.182.242". The above IP belongs to the company "Trellian Pty. Limited", while previously it was hosted for 9 months on the servers of "Amazon.(com), Inc." in the USA with a discrete IP address "99.83.154.118".

The main question is therefore who paid and who managed the sinful edolio5. Given that the link in question was hosted on a server of Amazon, a multinational group owned by billionaire Jeff Bezos, evidence exists, and all that remains is for the prosecutors investigating the case to search for it. It is emphasized that in order to buy “space” on Amazon’s infrastructure, someone must pay the company via bank transfer or debit or credit card.
So the full details of the buyer as well as his activity for 9 months is a given that Amazon can find very easily. Therefore, it is considered obvious that data will emerge, which may possibly hide a lot…

However, the prosecution should avoid the risk of not finding receptive ears on the other side of the Atlantic by sending an incomplete request for legal assistance which will even mention as an act under investigation the lesser offense, in relation to what has actually been committed, of simple violation of telephone confidentiality.
As Documento has reasonably pointed out throughout the past period, if the investigations are not merged and the crimes under investigation are not upgraded to include criminal acts such as espionage, national treason and criminal organization in the investigation, then the entire process will end nowhere.

Finally, the case of edolio5 is significant, since it is a confirmed case, while technical analysis of data from open access sources has shown that the domain in question "moved" from Amazon to Trellian on 20.4.2022, six days after the revelation of Inside Story about the Koukakis surveillance.
