Interworks cloud cyberattack: Here is a new update from the company regarding the security incident detected on August 28th.

Thessaloniki 1/9/2022 – Significant progress has been made in restoring services affected by the recent security incident, which was detected on August 28, with more services expected to be gradually available. Our experienced technicians and specialized partners are working 24/7 to restore as many functions as possible.

So far, we have fully restored the Cloud database DNS services and Acronis to the interworks . cloud installation

Additionally, we would like to remind you that the distribution of cloud  services  from all our vendors (including Microsoft, Acronis, Google Workspace, Dropsuite) remains uninterrupted and fully available for our network.

Our teams continue to work feverishly day and night to fully recover the remaining services, while continuous updates are available on the interworks.cloud Services Status page which,isdynamically updated.

We remind you that, in its 24/7 actions, the company is supported by specialized external experts from Greece and the USA and of course cooperates with the Data Protection Authorities, which have been informed of the incident, as we are obliged to do by law, within 72 hours of identifying the incident.

Although the attack only affected a small part of our business activity, we fully understand the disappointment and concerns and apologize for the disruption it may have caused.
