Discovered by the folks at 9to5Google, the Android Auto v6.4 app has strings in the code that suggest that users will soon be able to separate their work and personal stuff with the help of work profiles.
This feature could prove very useful for a certain audience of users who previously couldn't access work-related data while on the go. For example, they will now be able to check their work calendar without having to touch their phone. Most importantly, work contacts will be easily accessible in Android Auto, so you can make work-related calls more easily.
