ActionDash: New Android app shows how much time you spend on apps

Finally, ActionDash has arrived, the new and useful Android application that will accurately show the time you spend daily on social media and other applications on your mobile phone!

ActionDash

What to expect from the new ActionDash?

The ActionDash app is an alternative to Digital Wellbeing from Google. It is also compatible with all Android devices running Android Lollipop and later. ActionDash was designed by Action Launcher and is already available in the Google Play Store! The new app offers you statistics on the applications you use, the time you spend on each of them and how many times you open them during the day. In fact, you have the ability to track the total time your screen is on or just the time spent on various applications, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Youtube and others.

Beyond the advantages of ActionDash, it should be noted that it does not work exactly like Digital Wellbeing from Google. Unfortunately, in ActionDash if you want to set timers to reduce the time you spend on apps, you will not be able to do so, as there is no such feature. So far, the developers have focused on offering insights and data, with the main goal of making users aware of the real time they “waste” on apps. Of course, the Android application provides a daily report with details, a dark mode and other features, some of which will be paid.

So far, the new app is available on the Google Play Store for free. However, if you want to remove the ads, you can pay a small fee in the app. Finally, the promise has been made that the data protection feature will be added and nothing will be shared with the developers.
