Microsoft has just released Cumulative Update KB4464330 for systems running Windows 10 version 1809, Windows Server 2019 LTSC, and Windows Server ACore version 1809. The update brings the OS Build to version 17763.55.
What does Microsoft say about this update?
The update doesn't add any new features. It fixes a group policy that could delete files from the user's profile. It also brings security updates for the Windows Kernel, and more, as you can see in the image above.
Those who have installed the Windows 10 October 2018 Update can install the update. The rest of you should wait for Microsoft to update the installation ISOs with the new Fix.
