A new incident of tension in the Greek-Turkish language, this time with the news as the "medium". As we read on Newsit.gr, a highly provocative message against Greece appeared for a few minutes on the main page of the Athenian-Macedonian News Agency, late on Monday evening, 30.04.2018, and everything indicates that Turkish hackers are behind the provocation.
When entering the home page of APE-MPE, one would see the following message from the hackers:
Written in Turkish and English, it made clear reference to the case of the eight Turkish officers who are in Greece and have not been extradited to Turkey. Something that Erdogan has been demanding at every opportunity. And this is because he accuses them of being coup plotters.
Of course, there could not be any mention of Gulen, the self-exiled preacher - in the US - whom the "sultan" considers the mastermind of the coup attempt of July 15, 2016, in Turkey.
The threatening message called on Greece "not to forget its past and not to harbor terrorists."
"Greece, you forget quickly, we threw your ancestors into the sea, we will do it again," said the message, behind which - one can reasonably imagine - Turkish hackers are on the APE home page.
After a while, the message did not appear on the front page of the APE.
