Apple today released a new version of the Apple Music app for Android on the Google Play Store, adding new music video experiences and many stability and reliability improvements.
Apple Music 2.4.0 for Android promises an improved music video experience, allowing users to watch music videos full screen or within Now Playing mode, as well as watch music videos and browse the app at the same time.
The new version of Apple Music also promises to allow Android users to add their favorite music videos to playlists to watch them sequentially and eventually allow them to listen to any music video in the background while using other apps installed on their devices.
Apple said today's update to Apple Music significantly improves the overall stability and reliability of the app for more Android devices. This should make music playback more reliable than ever, even on devices running an older version of the Android operating system or that aren't as powerful.
The Apple Music for Android app requires Android 4.3 or later. Just like the iOS, the app gives Android users access to Apple's library of 45 million songs, which they can stream freely across all their devices with a monthly Apple Music subscription, whether online or offline.
Users can create their own playlists, get personalized recommendations, listen to Apple Music’s unique mixes, watch exclusive content, and share favorite songs with friends. The latest version is now available in the Google Play, so update as soon as possible to enjoy all the new features and improvements.
Please note that some of the features of Apple Music may not be available in all countries. Also, be aware that your Apple Music membership automatically renews after the trial period. Of course, you can cancel your Apple Music subscription at any time.
