If you need to manage more than one Facebook Messenger account on an iOS device, we have good news for you. The company has started supporting account switching in its app.
The feature has been available on Android devices since February, and allows you to add multiple accounts to the same app and switch between them.
The news will be very welcome for page administrators, small business owners, public figures, or family members who share a single device.
The app update essentially makes Facebook Messenger available across all of the company's platforms (Facebook, Messenger, and Instagram), so you can switch accounts without having to log out.
Once your app is updated, you will see the option in the Profile – Change Account box. There you will see the plus sign that allows you to add a new account. Good luck!
