One of the new features of Windows 10 is Technical Support directly from Microsoft. Until now, we knew Microsoft Support from Answers online or by phone. Never before have these options been built into the operating system!
So iGuRu.News presents you with the new Contact Support application for Windows 10.The new application offers you a Microsoft technician exactly when you need him!
How can you use the application?
You will need a Microsoft account. If you are using a local account, you will be asked to sign in to a Microsoft account or create a new one.
Make sure you have chosen to use your Microsoft account for this specific application, and not for your entire operating system.
To start the application, you will type in the search box next to the Start Menu for the term “Support.”
When you open the application you will see two options:
Accounts and billing – Get help with accounts, subscriptions, and payments.
Services and apps – Windows, OneDrive, and Office 365, etc.
Select the second option, then select one of the topics you need support for. 
The page contains options for Windows, Internet Explorer or Edge, OneDrive, or Skype. If your topic is not listed, click See more and additional topics will open for you.
The next page displays three options:
Setup – Installation, settings, and activation.
Technical support – Errors and other performance issues.
Protecting my computer – Removing viruses, malware, etc.
If you choose Windows, for example, you can get all three options.
The next page lists the support options available. The one you should select is “Chat online with a Microsoft technician.”
You usually won't have to wait long for a technician to respond. 
If you prefer a phone call, you can schedule the call.
