BES12 already supports Android Lollipop, but BlackBerry's security solution should also start supporting Google Play for Work, so it can focus on application management.
According to BlackBerry, “new features available through Android and BES12 will allow organizations to further secure business and personal data on Android devices. We’ve put new levels of encryption in the hardware, and with the integration of Google Play for Work, there will be more app management capabilities while providing the end user with the Android management experience.”
