Tails , a live operating system that aims to protect your privacy by helping you browse the Internet anonymously, has today been upgraded to version 0.20 RC1.
The new release brings a new Linux kernel and updates to many packages.
The main changes in Tails version 0.20 RC1 are:
• The Linux kernel has been upgraded to version 3.10.3-1.
• Iceweasel now displays a warning when the user leaves HTTPS websites.
• Iceweasel uses a local search engine.
• Fixed Git accessing only https:// repositories.
• Dasher, a text input tool, has been added.
