Yesterday, August 18, 2015, the new WordPress version 4.3 was released. Its “artistic” name is “Billie” after the Jazz musician, Billie Holiday. (WordPress 4.3 Billie )
The new version brings a lot of new appearance and management features, as well as security improvements. Let's mention the automatic password generator, theme customizer, which allows live preview of changes.
Improvements are also coming to the text editor with the integration of shortcuts to symbols. Addition of Site Icon function, for managing the favicon.
It should be noted that adding a new user will no longer send an email with login details but a link to set a strong password of their choice.
Improvement of the list view in the Dashboard for devices with small screens, changes to taxonomies updating and much more.
Create your menu, update it, and set it up, while watching all changes live through the preview in the Customizer. The modern design of the customizer provides a mobile-friendly and accessible environment. With each new version, it becomes easier and faster to make your site exactly the way you want it.
