Facebook is adding another new feature that is expected to help in direct communication between businesses and ordinary users.
The new feature that the popular social network is adding to business pages is the “Send Message” button that appears on ads and now allows a business to respond directly to comments that appear on the company page, without them being visible to all other users.
Also, the most famous social network will offer page administrators additional data on the response time to direct questions asked by users.
If a business does not want the new network feature on its page, all it has to do is opt-out from the Page settings, while users can declare that they do not wish to receive direct responses from the pages in the network.
The new service will begin operating and will become available to all users gradually, as is done with every new feature of the popular network.
