The new technical preview of the revamped Vivaldi browser with new capabilities and features is available for download.
This is the fourth preview version of the browser , which supports mouse gestures and will have the ability to install extensions. According to estimates by the head of the new browser development team, Jon Von Tetzchner, former CEO of Opera, this will be the last preview before the release of the beta version of the new Vivaldi. The browser will provide a choice between 4 different themes and multiple customization options, e.g. the ability to move tabs to different places.
The browser's development team officially refers to the experimental work it is developing on adding Chrome directly to Vivaldi as well as the possibility it is studying for directly downloading extensions from the Chrome Web Store.
An extra feature that the new browser will have is mouse gestures, with which the user will be able to program the commands and actions that will be performed with the mouse with movements or mouse buttons.
TechCrunch , which tested the preview version of the browser, notes that bugs in its operation, which are expected to be fixed before the beta version is released.
