Finally a tool that "unlocks" your PC from ransomware!

Of all the malware threats out there, the one we should fear the most is undoubtedly ransomware.

As its name suggests, ransomware is a malicious software that hackers to lock down a victim's computer, blocking access to all files unless the required "ransom" is paid. Your refusal to pay the amount demanded could even lead to the permanent loss of files on your computer!

Now there's a new free tool to combat some of the most popular ransomware used by hackers.

CoinVault is the latest ransomware operation by hackers. The software locks all of a user's files and holds them hostage until the victim pays a ransom in bitcoin. Thanks to the work of the Dutch National High Tech Crime Unit and cyber security company Kaspersky , however, CoinVault victims may be able to escape!

"During the research we have conducted, we present to you Kaspersky 's " Noransom " tool , which provides the ability to obtain data that may help you decrypt files that are kept locked on your computer. We provide two decryption keys and the decryption application," the company writes on its official website.

It is also noted that research on CoinVault is ongoing and new decryption keys will be added in the future.

More information about how to use and how to download the tool can be found on the company's website.
