LibreOffice 4_3_7 RC1

Although LibreOffice 4.3.x has been out for quite some time, the developers are still finding areas that need to be fixed and improved. It's unclear how many updates will be released, but it looks like version 4.3.7 is going to be quite interesting.

According to the changelog, the import process from XML files has been refined, matrix calculations have been improved, dialogs can be closed again by clicking the X button, a crash that occurred when closing a DOCX document has been fixed, PPTX import has been refined, and many other fixes have been implemented.

More details about this latest release can be found in the official changelog. Also, users should keep in mind that this office suite is available on a number of different platforms, including Linux, Windows , and the Mac OS X version. The Linux version is distributed as a source package, so it would be best to wait until it is available from the official repositories.
