The difference between Firefox OS applications and other operating systems is that they are web apps , built with HTML and JavaScript .
This means that the same apps for Firefox OS can run in any browser.
Therefore, through the Firefox browser for Android, the same applications will be able to run on Android.
To do this, you need to install Open Web Apps (OWA), with the applications available in the Firefox OS Marketplace and ready to be installed very simply through the Firefox browser on Android.
Installed applications have an icon in the Android menu and home screen as is the case with all applications on the operating system, however, their speed is not the same as on a Firefox OS smartphone.
It is certainly a solution that will be of most interest to developers who wish to create applications for both mobile operating systems.
