Internet Explorer has already received several major upgrades over the past two years, but it seems Microsoft is preparing even bigger changes, which may be introduced in the upcoming version of the popular browser.
While it's not yet clear whether Internet Explorer 12 will be part of the next version of Windows 8.1 or Windows 9, a member of the IE team said in a recent post on Microsoft Connect that the upcoming version will include a completely revamped interface, which is designed to be more attractive and easy to use.
Internet Explorer has so far maintained its original appearance, apart from some minor changes that have been made occasionally, regarding the interface.
However, we don't yet know if these changes are intended for the desktop or metro version of Internet Explorer, as Microsoft is "fighting" to keep all the details away from our eyes and ears.
