Many original gadgets have appeared over time , so the creation of a " smart" bottle , which will monitor and record the baby 's daily eating habits and needs , probably shouldn't surprise us!
Two young dads and tech enthusiasts, Ike Ofner and Dan Gilai, have invented a novel gadget that aims to change everything we know about the traditional process of feeding infants. The two dads have named this ambitious project Sleevely and according to what they claim, their goal is to find a way to better communicate with their babies, while also answering the age-old question: What does the child want and cry (incessantly)?
Sleevely is an advanced device (with two flexible arms), in which any bottle can be placed. This gadget, in combination with the homonymous application that will run on all iOS phones (the Android is in the works), will be able to monitor the child's daily diet, even informing parents about when is the most appropriate time for the sacred moment of... feeding. The way Sleevely works is simple, as the advanced sensors built into the device are able to monitor the temperature of the bottle, but also whether the child has received the correct dose of milk that is due to him. Then, the collected data is sent to the application, which in turn advises parents on what to do!
Ike and Dan have put their project on Kickstarter and are asking for funding to complete it, offering some prizes to those who make the largest donation. If the smart bottle manages to put an end to the (epic) baby whining, then we will be talking about one of the greatest inventions of the 21stcentury . Watch the video below to get a little taste…
