Several websites belonging to Las Vegas Sands Corp, one of the world's largest casino companies, have been hacked and defaced.
The hackers, members of a group called the Anti WMD Team, have defaced the sites with an image of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Las Vegas Sands Corp CEO Sheldon Adelson.
Next to the image, a message reads, “Damn A [Adelson], Don’t let your tongue cut your throat. Encouraging the use of weapons of mass destruction, under any circumstances, is a crime.”
As CardPlayer points out, the message may refer to a speech in which Adelson said the US should drop a nuclear bomb on Iran.
According to E Hacking News, the list of casino websites targeted by hackers includes: Venetian, Palazzo, Marina Bay Sands, Sands Macao, Venetian Macao, Holiday Inn Macao Cotai Central and Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem.
