Apple has made a major upgrade to the Apple Invites app, giving hosts the ability to manually edit the guest list, update guest responses, and adjust the number of additional guests.

This v1.8.0 update focuses on improving the event management and sharing experience. In the Messages app, a new iMessage Invites allows users to quickly share an existing invite without having to leave the conversation.
Additionally, the dashboard has been expanded with an All Events, bringing together both upcoming and past events in a single, unified interface.

Sharing options have also been improved for hosts, who can now create and download an image of their invitation card. Additionally, music integration has been enhanced through the Apple Music Shared Playlist, which now provides personalized playlist suggestions based on listening habits.
Finally, hosts can now specify a time zone for their event, while the update also includes bug fixes and performance improvements.

The Apple Invites app is available on iPhone and on the web at iCloud.com/invites. Guests can respond to the invitation through the app on iPhone or on the web from any device.
