Chrome 32 lets you easily find and close noisy tabs

If you've ever wondered which of your 200 browser tabs is making all that noise, the latest Chrome may have the answer.

When a tab is playing audio in Chrome 32 Beta, an indicator will appear next to the closing “X.” The indicators will change depending on the source, so streaming audio will be represented by a speaker icon, a red circle will indicate a webcam, and a Chromecast box icon will notify you when you’re casting a tab to your TV.

Another change in Chrome 32 Beta pays special attention to the Windows 8 Metro mode. The browser's new look is almost identical to the Chromebook look, complete with a Web app launcher and multi-window support.
