Google 's parent company , Alphabet , announced that for the first time its annual revenue exceeded $400 billion .

The announcement came as part of the company's fourth-quarter 2025 earnings report, which showed a 15% increase over the previous year. The increase was driven in part by the businesses cloud and YouTube continuing to grow.

YouTube and Google Cloud boost revenue
As reported in the earnings report, Google's Cloud business reached an annualized rate of $70 billion in 2025, while YouTube's annual revenue exceeded $60 billion from advertising and subscriptions.

In addition to the explosive growth in revenue and subscribers, Google reported that its app Gemini AI surpassed 750 million users after the launch of the Gemini 3 model in November (an increase of 100 million). Gemini 3 continues to dominate the AI industry, with a customized version of the AI model poised to support a more personalized version of Apple’s Siri.

Additionally, Pichai noted that Google Search has increased in recent months “more than ever before,” adding that daily queries in AI Mode have doubled since its launch. Google intends to capitalize on the popularity of the Gemini app and AI Mode, as it plans to integrate an agentic checkout feature into both tools.
