LG unveiled a brand new line of gaming monitors ahead of CES on Friday. The UltraGear evo series consists of advanced monitors that cover a range of technologies, all united by 5K resolution and AI upscaling.

The top three models under the new brand are the 39GX950B, 27GM950B and 52G930B. The first number in the model name indicates the size.
The 39-inch GX9 is a dual-mode 21:9 5K2K ultra-wide OLED display. It can run at its full resolution at 165Hz or ramp up to 330Hz for fast-paced WFHD gaming. The 27-inch GM9 uses “New” MiniLEDs, which promise to deliver brighter images compared to OLED, without the blooming often associated with MiniLEDs. Finally, the 52-inch G9 is a massive curved display that offers a panoramic 12:9 view at 240Hz at its native 5K2K resolution.
The GM9 model is particularly interesting as LG manufactures the panels for Pro Display XDR , and there are indications that the monitor will finally receive a long-awaited upgrade in the near future.
All three monitors will be on display at CES next month, but there's no word yet on pricing or availability.
