Last month, Minecraft developer Mojang Studiosalso announced that the game would end support for PlayStation VR headsets next March. When Minecraft's spring update is released, gamers "will continue to build their worlds and their Marketplace purchases (including Minecoin) will continue to be available on a non-VR/MR graphics device, such as a computer monitor."
It is said that playing in VR (on PC) will be possible in the Java version— either by downloading a VR mod like Vivecraft or using a standalone VR port like QuestCraft.

The discontinuation of virtual reality support marks a significant change in the VR gaming landscape for Minecraft fans. Many players have enjoyed the immersive virtual reality experience it offers, bringing a new dimension to the game. However, Mojang assures fans that this change will not affect the core gameplay.
