Asus is set to unveil its new ROG Phone 9 gaming phone lineup on Monday, during the Qualcomm Snapdragon Summit taking place this week in Hawaii, hinting that the phone will be officially launched on November 19th.
Asus' gaming lineup is traditionally among the first to leverage Qualcomm 's latest processors , with Asus confirming that the ROG Phone 9 will be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Mobile Platform, which also made its debut on Monday.

This processor is expected to power next year’s top Android phones. For example, the previous Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 is used in the Samsung Galaxy S24 series and the OnePlus 12.
Asus' announcement offered a first look at one of the ROG Phone 9 models, revealing the LED lights that usually adorn the back of the gaming. series It also included the tagline "AI on, game on," which may indicate the continued integration of artificial intelligence features to improve the gaming experience.
During my review of the previous Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, I appreciated the company's discreet approach to artificial intelligence, focusing on text recognition in games and noise cancellation during phone calls.
