There is a recent report by Marcelina Slota (Head of Spotify Platform Integrity) that confirms this.
With safety a “top priority” for Spotify, the company aims to make it easier for young people and parents to understand and navigate the digital world. That’s why Spotify has announced a new Parental Guide to help with this effort and has joined the Tech Coalitionto share industry best practices for protecting safety .
The Tech Coalition is an organization that unites the global technology industry, including Spotify, to promote a safer online environment for young people, preventing and combating online child sexual exploitation and abuse, and promoting self-harm prevention.
This partnership expands Spotify’s network of trusted third-party experts who advise its teams on launching policies and products securely.

In addition to collaborating with global experts, Spotify is working to create a safe and enjoyable experience for young people in a number of ways, including:
Establish a zero-tolerance policy on content and Platform Rules that prohibit illegal and/or abusive behavior that could harm children.
Leverage machine learning signals and create user reporting mechanisms to identify potential policy and/or legal violations.
Staff teams around the clock to review and promptly remove potentially infringing or obscene content.
Connect potentially vulnerable users to mental health resources when they seek content related to suicide, self-harm, and eating disorders.
Spotify's aforementioned mental health resources include the US National Suicide Prevention Lifeline , the TREVOR Project , national eating disorder services , and more to prevent self-harm and other dangerous practices.
