Η Samsung officially announced that the update of the Android 14 is now available for the series Galaxy S23.
In addition, the company confirmed the first few Galaxy smartphones that will support Android 14 in the coming months.
Android 14 for Samsung devices is just around the corner, bringing the One UI 6.0. This update offers improvements to the platform from Google, as well as updates to Samsung's skin. Among the upgrades are new camera features, updated emoji and more. However, these updates are available exclusively for the Galaxy S23 series, which is now receiving the update.

What's next?
According to a list provided by Samsung, other smartphone of the Galaxy 14 series with Android 14 will be released using the latest technology, including flagships, foldable models and some A-series devices.
Referring to the new Features preparing for "Enhance-X", Samsung also confirmed that over 20 devices will be upgraded with One UI 6.0. The initial list includes devices released from 2020 onwards, starting with the Galaxy S series devices.

- Galaxy S20 series
Except for the original Galaxy Fold, almost all of the folding devices Samsung will feature One UI 6.0, in addition to the original Galaxy Fold.

- Galaxy Z Flip 5

Finally, Samsung confirmed that the Galaxy Note 20, Galaxy A54 and Galaxy A53 will be available.

All these Devices is expected to receive One UI 6.0 in time and probably with great speed, if the earlier release of Android 13 serves as any indication. However, we're still waiting for Samsung to release Android 14 for the Galaxy S23 series in the US, which is expected "soon".
This initial list is not complete. According to the policy software updates Samsung is expected to update a large number of smartphones and tablets to Android 14. However, the company has not officially confirmed any parallel updates other than the devices mentioned in the initial list.
