It looks like Samsung is indeed rolling out the second beta of One UI 6.0 to most countries. A user on X (formerly Twitter) has confirmed that the latest beta for the Galaxy S23 series is also available in the United States.

The first changelog of One UI 6.0 beta 2 (for the Galaxy S23 series in Germany), which came to our hands, mentioned many fixes, which may however be insufficient.
In addition to various fixes to Multi-Window, Music Share, S Pen, Repair Mode, home screen, Netflix, system stability, and more, the changelog for the United States mentions a completely redesigned Samsung Health and a new option to “change the quantity of water in a cup.”

After updating Galaxy S23 devices with the 2nd version of One UI 6.0 beta in Europe, we checked to confirm whether the Samsung Health home screen has indeed been redesigned and whether we can finally modify the 'water cup' settings.
Oddly enough, these features aren't available on beta-running devices. Either Samsung messed up some information in the changelog, or these features will be available soon, via app updates in the beta program. Unless something else is going on.

In any case, the good news is that the second One UI 6.0 beta program is indeed rolling out to many countries, including the US, and it reportedly brings a lot of fixes. This is a relief, given that the first beta was quite problematic.
