Sailors of the conqueror's navy received special wishes on the occasion of Navy Day [July 30], HUR reports via social media.
The sailors received a video of “wishes” via messaging apps. Many of them responded with thanks before opening the video and seeing Ukrainian drones and missiles attacking and sinking Russian warships, including the cruiser Moskva.
The message also contained malware that gave hackers access to the sailors' phone data, which had been taken from Ukrainian servers. According to the Network Security Agency, this included confidential information.

Additionally, the servers of three Russian government websites were attacked, and the video was also published there, as reported by HUR.
It is unclear what exactly the video contained, but parts of it may have been incorporated into the video accompanying the message posted on the social platform Twitter, in which HUR adds further insult to the honor of the Russian Navy.

Fully basking in the glory of their achievement, HUR uploaded a video that further mocks the Russian Navy, not only for falling for the trap, but also for containing some insinuations about the sexual orientation of Russian sailors.
