How to schedule a post on a Facebook Page?
To schedule a post for your Facebook page , use the platform's site on your computer or the Meta Business Suite app on your mobile.
Desktop
- Open a browser and then visit the Facebook site.
- Log in to your account.
- From the left sidebar, select “Pages” and then select your page.
- Your page will appear on the screen. In the left sidebar, click on “Publishing Tools”.
- Click “Create Post” at the top right to create the post you will schedule.
- In the “Create Post” window that opens, write the contents of your post. Click “Share Now” and select “Schedule”.
- A new window will open, where you need to select the date and time you want your post to be published. When you're ready, click Scheduleat the bottom to save your changes.
- Return to the “Create Post” window and click “Schedule Post.”
That’s it! The process is simple and after it’s completed, your post will be uploaded to your Facebook page at the time and day you want without you having to do anything else. If you want to edit or delete your scheduled posts, you can do so by clicking on the “Scheduled Posts” option on the “Publishing Tools” page.

Mobile
- To schedule a post from your iPhone, iPad, or Android device, download the free Meta Business Suite. Then, open the app and log in to your Facebook account.
- On the bottom bar in the app, tap “+” and then select “Post.”
- On the “ New Post ” page , from the top, select the page you want to schedule your post to. Prepare the post .
- Once you've finished writing your post, in the top right corner, click "Next".
- On the “Review” page, click “Schedule for Later.”
- A “ Schedule Post ” message will appear . At this point you need to select the date and time to publish the Post on your Facebook page. Then, tap “ Schedule ”.
- Return to the “Review” page and click “Schedule”.
Ready! The post will be published on the day and time you specified.
How to schedule a post on a Facebook Page?
To schedule a post to a Facebook Group, you can use the Facebook site on your computer or the Facebook app on your mobile.
Desktop
- Open a browser and then open the site . From the left sidebar, select “Groups” and then select your Group.
- Once you are on your group page, click “Write Something” to create a new post.
- In the “ Create Post ” window , write the content of the post. Then, in the lower right corner of the window, click “ Schedule Post ” (calendar icon).
- A “ Schedule Post ” window will appear , where you need to set the date and time your post will be published. Finally, click “ Schedule ”.

Mobile
- Open the Facebook app on your mobile device and tap the three horizontal lines (top right on Android and bottom right on iPhone and iPad).
- Tap the “ Groups ” option and select the group you want to schedule a post to.
- Then, click on “Write Something” to create the post that you will schedule in the Facebook Group.
- Once you've written your post, under your name at the top, tap "Schedule."
- You will see a “Schedule Post” pop-up menu from the bottom of your phone’s screen. In this menu, enable “Publish Your Post at a Future Date and Time.” Select the date and time you want the post to be published.
- Return to the post page, complete the scheduling by clicking on “Schedule”.
