The Bank of Chania to enhance its efficiency and secure its operations, in line with the needs of the new digital era. The project concerns the upgrade of the telecommunications infrastructure of the bank's head offices and branches, as well as the strengthening of cybersecurity for its information and network systems.

The new infrastructure will improve the daily lives of employees and customers of the Bank of Chania, offering faster connection speeds, more efficient operation and better quality of services. In addition, COSMOTE's Cyber Security will strengthen the protection mechanisms of the bank's systems and applications.
The three-year project includes the replacement of network, data and voice equipment, both at the head offices and at the Bank's branches and ATMs, upgrading the call center, implementing IP telephony, networking via Wi-Fi and technical support. Accordingly, COSMOTEwill cover the Bank's needs for increased security in networks and IT infrastructures (Servers, Data Center, workstations and cloud), while the security levels in the Bank's communication with its customers via the Internet will also be strengthened.
