Boris Faure has announced a new version of Terminology 1.9 of the terminal emulator for Linux operating systems.
For those who don't know, Terminology is a terminal emulator for Linux/BSD/UNIX systems that uses EFL. Use it as a regular vt100 terminal emulator with all the usual features, such as 256 color support. Terminology is designed to emulate Xterm. It also offers several pre-installed themes and wallpapers.

What's new in Terminology 1.9?
With v1.9, Terminology is improved to provide better compatibility with Debian GNU/Linux-based distributions such as Ubuntu.
Along with system compatibility, Terminology 1.9 introduced new features and components. For example, a new panel lets choose beautiful colors and easily change the colors of your terminal.
The new available color combinations are Tango Dark, Tango light, Dracula, Belafonte Day, Belafonte Night, Material, Fahrenheit, Tomorrow Night Burns, PaleNight, Soft Era, One Dark and Cobalt2.
In addition to color, if you want to change the default font and cursor color, Terminology also allows you to search for fonts in the fonts panel and change the cursor color using OSC 12 support
In addition to other improvements, Terminology has updated translations for Catalan, Croatian, Danish, Dutch, and French.
Additionally, it is now translated into even more languages such as Russian, Japanese, Ukrainian, Chinese (Simplified), and Norwegian Bokmål.
