Power Glove: transformed into a modular synth controller : Sam Battle found a way to turn the Nintendo glove into a music "remote control" and adjust everything by simply moving his fingers.

The Power Glove, as its name suggests, is a virtual realityspecifically designed to control the movements of games on the Nintendo Entertainment System. It was first released in 1989 and quickly caught everyone's attention thanks to its early virtual reality mechanics and good marketing. Power Glove users can control what's happening on the screen with just a flick of their fingers .
The gaming equipment operates via electronic transmitters that are embedded in the glove. With the appropriate procedures, users can control the game character by combining the traditional way of buttons with the movements of their fingers
Sam Battle, aka “Look Mum No Computer,” hacked an NES Power Glove to control his modular synth setup. Electronic melodies, beats, pitch, range, and volume can now be adjusted via the glove with various gestures.
To perfect it, Battle created a robotic hand that receives input from the synth to manipulate the glove, which in turn controls the synth. It's essentially a unique feedback.

Many details have already been covered, both in videos posted by the inventor himself on YouTubeand in wiring diagrams. These details can help users modify the Power Glove themselves and achieve the same result. It may end up being a much cheaper approach to musical gloves than Imogen Heap's proposal.
Although Battle hinted at a possible sequel, there has been no official word that the Power Glove project will be developed further.
